Isanyone else having AoE2 DE crash their PC lately? I have a nice new PC, a Dell Aurora R11. DE normally runs great on here. StartAOE2:DE. When the process for AOE2 shows up right click on the process, go to your affinity settings and change your affinity for the game to a single CPU. This will reduce the frame rate slightly as you haven't as much processing power but it will allow the game to run, well on my system it did at least anyway.

Mycomputer (specs below) was also crashing after awhile of playing AoE2: DE. I could see that the RAM was getting fully consumed (~16 GB) and the GPU memory used was up to 8 GB. I downgraded the graphics driver to version (it was previously 31.0.101.3413) using a download from the Intel Graphics Drivers & Software section of
