I am a 33year old men 6 feet and 3 weight about 225-230lbs with BMR 4172I am looking to drop down my Body fat between 7-10%. Any recommendations? Currently doing workouts 6-7 days a week. Not a lot of cardio at the moment beside walking for at least 10 hour a day just at work. Thank you
